Elliot Mazer is an audio engineer and record producer best known for his work with Neil Young, Bob Dylan, The Band, Janis Joplin, and Linda Ronstadt
Full Tilt Boogie Band was a Canadian rock band originally headed by guitarist John Till and then by Janis Joplin until her death in 1970. The band was composed of Till, pianist Richard Bell, bassist Brad Campbell, drummer Clark Pierson, and organist Ken Pearson.

Expedition To Earth formed in 1966 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The band was signed and recorded for the Franklin label out of Winnipeg in 1967.

 Their self-named single, "Expedition To Earth", was released in 1968. They toured extensively in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta allowing their single to reach No. 3 in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia.

 A copy of "Expedition To Earth" currently rests in The Museum Of Man And Nature's 'Rock And Roll Exhibit' in Winnipeg, Manitoba. On January 1, 2010 a 7" single copy of "The Expedition To Earth" sold on Ebay for $360.55.

Gail Bowen now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia; Bernie Barsky now lives in or around Mississauga, Ontario; Dave Mitchell lives in Calgary, Alberta; Brian Levin now resides in Prince George, British Columbia; Dan Norton now lives in British Columbia.

A Merseybeat-influenced band, as hinted by their name, whose records are now very sought-after and collectable. They started out in early 1963 as The Blue Echoes and came from Sarnia, Ontario, but also spent some time in California. Vic Miller had been in The Frantics(*) and was later in Center Stage. Bruce Pollard, previously of The Stacatos, went on to The Soul Survivors.

His father was Al Lucas, who played stand up bass for such greats as Duke Ellington and James Brown. His mother, Valeire Abbot, was a well-known Toronto jazz pianist and vocalist who was invited by Louis Armstrong to tour as a jazz singer with his orchestra.
Toronto's R&B scene during the mid to late sixties
In the seventies, he would front an R&B band called Lucifer.
Eugene resides today in Duncan, B.C.

Ponty: b. 29 September 1942 (age 72) Avranches, France
admitted to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris at age 16 – graduated two years later
Ponty played with Frank Zappa for a year

would spend 25 years with Mac’s band before retiring due to poor health in 1978
