This album, Fogerty’s 3rd solo effort,  went double platinum – first album in 9 yrs.
Started off in the late 1950s as Tommy Fogerty and the Blue Velvets which eventually became CCR by 1967 after he served 2 yrs military service.

Giles Bros began playing in Bournemouth 1961 in several local bands that played 1,134 gigs in 7 yrs
Time in Trendsetters backed Bo Diddley, Drifters, Gene vincent etc & recorded 45s
1967 started new group sought keyboardist but got Robert Fripp instead moved to London
1968 backed Judy Dibble ex Fairport Con and asked her to Brondesbury Rd to record with them thru her they met Ian Mcdonald who introduced them to Pete Sinfield
They spent a year writing & recording but never gigged as a band
Released their only studio album November 68: The Cheerful Insanity of

In late 1964, Irish-born guitarist John "Sean" Byrne was sitting in a Health Education class in his freshman year at San Jose City College in California, learning about psychosis and neurosis. His friend Ron Lamb leaned over and whispered: "You know what would be a great name for a song? Psychotic Reaction!". Byrne had been writing a tune in his head that day, and used the title to finish it, with the entire band given writing credit. PR was released as a single two times: on February 1965 with a local success, and on July 1966. The Band were known for wearing Count Dracula-style capes when playing live. They were all teenagers at the time. This was their only hit. They broke up 1969.
