Beverley Robertson has been a highly influencial singer and recording artists since her debut with The Chanteclairs on their LP "Just For A Lark" with Allan MacRae adn Klaas Van Graft. She has released a book of songs that Canadian women sing with the desire for others to sing these songs to continue this Canadian tradition. New songs and old songs. It took  30 years to come to completion. The book was helped with notes from Canada's leading folklorist of her day, Edith Fowke. A CD by Beverley is just about finished so we previewed some tracks tonight. While she has no web site yet, her email is
